Οι νικητές των “Όσκαρ” των videogames

Τα παιχνίδια που κέρδισαν τα βραβεία D.I.C.E. 2005

Τα τελευταία χρόνια, ο θεσμός των βραβείων D.I.C.E. (Design, Innovate, Create, Entertain), τείνει να αγγίξει τα επίπεδα του αντίστοιχου των Όσκαρ. Άλλωστε, τα βραβεία D.I.C.E. διοργανώνονται από την Aκαδημία Αλληλεπιδραστικών Τεχνών και Επιστημών (AIAS), μια ακαδημία που κοιτά στα ίσα την αντίστοιχη του κινηματογράφου. Στη φετινή βράβευση λοιπόν, που έλαβε χώρα στο Λας Βέγκας, παρευρέθησαν όλα τα μεγάλα ονόματα του χώρου, αλλά και τα ψηφιακά τους “τέκνα” για να γίνουν μάρτυρες στην πιο λαμπρή τελετή των τελευταίων χρόνων. Μεγάλος νικητής της φετινής βράβευσης ήταν το God of War της Sony Computer Entertainment America, αφήνοντας πίσω του πολύ μεγάλα ονόματα όπως τα Shadow of the Colossus, Call of Duty 2 και Nintendogs. To God of War κέρδισε σε περισσότερες από μια κατηγορίες, όμως ακολουθήθηκε στενά από το Guitar Hero, μια ανέλπιστη επιτυχία που ξεχώρισε για το πρωτοποριακό και εθιστικό του gameplay.
