Όσκαρ, βατόμουρα, καινούργια trailers και λοιπά κινηματογραφικά νέα.

Το βράδυ της Κυριακής 4/3 έγινε η απομονή των βραβείων Όσκαρ για τις ταινίες που προβλήθηκαν το 2017. Ο Guillermo del Toro με το Shape of Water αναδείχθηκε ο μεγάλος νικητής των φετινών βραβείων αποσπώντας τέσσερα αγαλματίδια, εκ των οποίων της καλύτερης ταινίας και του καλύτερου σκηνοθέτη, οδηγώντας σε μία μικρή ανατροπή έναντι των Darkest Hour, Dunkirk και Get Out. Ποσοτικά, σε συνολικό αριθμό αγαλματιδίων, το Dunkirk ήρθε δεύτερο, κερδίζοντας σε τρεις, τεχνικές, κατηγορίες.

Το βραβείο πρώτου ανδρικού ρόλου θα προκαλούσε μάλλον μεγάλη έκπληξη αν δεν πήγαινε στον Gary Oldman για το Darkest Hour, ενώ επίσης τα φαβορί του Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, η Frances McDormand και ο Sam Rockwell, κέρδισαν τα όσκαρ πρώτου γυναικείου και δεύτερου ανδρικού ρόλου, ερμηνείες που σίγουρα άξιζαν επιβράβευση.

Για άλλη μία χρονιά το Star Wars αδυνατεί να συγκινήσει τα μέλη της Ακαδημίας για οποιοδήποτε βραβείο. Το Blade Runner 2049 κέρδισε μάλλον δικαιωματικά το όσκαρ φωτογραφίας αλλά και των οπτικών εφέ, αφήνοντας πίσω του ταινίες με μεγαλύτερο όγκο από CGI, δείχνοντας έμπρακτα ότι πρέπει να υπάρχει μία πιο “υγιής” ισορροπία μεταξύ φυσικών σκηνικών και πράσινου πανιού.
